Larry Pile
Kiln glass artist and instructor has always been creative; having painted, composed music, photographed large-format black & white landscapes, created Mission furniture, sterling silver jewelry and, for the last 17 years, two- and three-dimensional works in kiln glass.  Larry’s works appear in international collections and are immediately recognizable, imbued with color, great texture and form.  Larry is represented by a number of galleries, including Carlyn Gallerie, in Dallas, Texas.  Larry has taught for at least the past 10 years, teaching out of his studio and for a number of recognized adult education organizations including the Dallas Arboretum, the Creative Arts Center & Hollander Glass. 

Larry hosts advanced kiln glass students from all over the world, who come to study with him.  Larry also shows in a number of galleries and at outdoor art festivals throughout Texas and New Mexico.  He’s also a heck of a nice guy!
